Shipping -
Your order is custom printed for you once payment has been received. Please allow 2-3 days for printing.

New Zealand - Shipping to the North Island usually takes 2-3 days, and for the South Island 3-5 days. Orders are sent using a signature required service, so a card will be left by the courier if you are not home.

Australia - Orders are shipped tracked with NZ Post, and take 5-10 days to most major cities.
​
International - Orders are tracked, and usually take 10-14 days to major cities. It may take a little longer for other destinations.
Refunds -

The Solitude Society cannot refund for change of mind. If however you have any issues with your purchase, please let us know.
All prices are stated and charged in New Zealand dollars.
